I am not really "getting" the first photo. Maybe I cannot see it too well. Is that tree wrapped in burlap? I am thinking it would be a fire hazard, no? That one is not my style but I LOVE the rest of it.

I actually like your decorations and Christmas decor better. So there...I like this one but yours seemed more warm and homey.

Okay, I can't believe I am adding to my list at this late date, but I must do some glittered pinecones!

The wrapped tree is certainly creative!

Sweet Paige, Thanks for this post. I had seen her home on Cote de Texas and fell in love with (and pinned) those starburst mirrors on the kitchen windows. I must find some of those for my dining room windows.

The tree is indeed creative. I read that she based it on an art installation by Cristoff. I have seen one of his art installations in Central Park in New York...thousands of orange flags. It was amazing. Very inspiring. Not sure if I could personally wrap my tree in gauze, but I certainly admire the artistic sense behind it.

I agree with you...it is an amazing home - wish I could do a drive-by myself. (And as your commenters have made clear...your home is very lovely as well!)

Happy Holidays and much love!
