She wore an itsy bitsy....

teeny weeny
yellow poka dot bikini~
not supporting tiny bathing suits for girls but we found these adorable suits from target & old navy....i love the little boy cut look on them!
Yes, this chair was my home for 6 days! I read four books & i am a sloooooow reader.
The Year of Fog...started out great but I was disappointed with the ending.
Redeeming Love (Francine Rivers)...wow...run, dont walk & get this one!!
The Beach House ( Mary Alice Monroe)....loved it...bought the sequel too.
& The Tale of Despereaux for fun!

Over the years I have taken many a picture of the girls looking out over the ocean. This year, for the first time-finally- they spent the whole time out in the water. The girls have been pool fans for years but this year they loved the ocean. The water was crystal clear-amazingly beautiful.

One of the best things about our vacation was spending time with Savannah. She usually is busy with quite the social calender, on the computer, my space, texts, IM, cell phone....but these week WE got her!! I love getting to know my girls as they get older. Their personalities really develop....I enjoy learning about what they like, who they are. Savannah is a great girl....smart, very outgoing, confident (in a good way), bright, & has a great sense of humor.
Seaside has some of the best shopping. East Ruskin Street is full of very hip shops & living spaces, often featured in magazines. I found some awesome tall black iron candle holders. Anyone have tips on how to get them all rusty & shabby....without extensive time in the rain..instant gratification you know.

I think this one is so cute...looks like the sea foam is a little blanket on her feet.
Yippie...no more pneumonia!!

  5. what beautiful beautiful girls, Paige.
I am always amazed at the beauty of the ocean, I first saw the ocean at the ripe old age of 25 and expecting my youngest. What an overwhelming sight it was, I can just imagine your girls splashing and laughing, your photos are just gorgeous.
Happy Summer Days to you all,
    C.
