the artist & his creation

i love the stories & the artisans behind
our Noonday Collection pieces.
my goal was to share them more frequently,
so hopefully you'll see posts like this much more often.

the azteca earrings are big favorites in our home
( very reasonably priced at $24)

They are composed of tiny ceramic beads
created by Jaime in his workshop in Antigua, Guatemala.
They are then beaded by a group of women he has worked with for several years.
each of them all receive a fair wage for their work.

 also shown
~
madison is wearing the
& the acai beads in grey,
now available in turquoise and hot pink.
all very fun pieces which have sold well this summer.

savannah is wearing the
and one of our favorites,
(also available in ivory).
she is also wearing the tagua seed in inca
& riverbed bracelet in turquoise.

i joke about us not being a less is more family with our jewelry
but as you can see, these pieces all layer well together.
the minted necklace can be doubled and worn as a shorter necklace
as can the embira necklace.

we're releasing several wonderful new pieces
to our home line tomorrow
so come check it out!
